A former Rider quarterback came back to the CFL in 2007 and coached his team to a Grey Cup championship and the same story has happened in 2008. John Hufnagel and the Calgary Stampeders are CFL champs after beating the Montreal Alouettes 22-14 in front of over 65-thousand people at Montreals Olympic Stadium Sunday night. Henry Burris threw for 328 yards and a touchdown while running for 80 more while Sandro De Angelis kicked 5 field goals including one from 50 yards out. For the Alouettes, its another Grey Cup loss for most outstanding player Anthony Calvillo who is now 1-6 in the Grey Cup.

So put that in you little black bag of snakes Sask. fans LOL . Don't even think about coming to the 2009 play offs. We got it covered. You win one finale after years of effort and hard work and you think your kings. You loose 1 , and you become a bunch of baby's and sore losers. What a joke you Sask. fans are. B.C players come in to your stadium and you throw beer cans at them!!!!!!! Great fans you must be proud of your selves. Who cares about the Sask. fans any more, you show disrespect you will get disrespect. I grew up in a little hamlet called Wishart Sask. and I was proud of where I came from . Still am but I don't like you people any more. Your nose is to high up and it needs picking.
Stamps some of worst characters the league has EVER seen
Some of Stamps were the most distasteful, disrespectful to the history of the league and most classless characters the league has ever had the displeasure of watching. DeAngelis, please get to the NFL and never come back, you and Sean Avery must have come from the same planet (which one came "second", I won't even speculate).
