Grey Cup buzz is heating up in the province as the Saskatchewan Roughriders prepare for a major announcement.
News Talk Radio has confirmed there will be a major Saskatchewan Roughriders announcement on Oct. 13. No one is denying suggestions it is about the Grey Cup returning to Saskatchewan in 2013.

TSN insider Dave Naylor says the league is not confirming it but he is confident in the sources.
"We got it confirmed by more than one source that that is the way it's going to play," said Naylor.
"There are certainly people within the league who acknowledge the things that go on at the business level, who we trust, and felt confident enough to go with the story."
When News Talk Radio reached Premier Brad Wall on Thursday, he said it was “the worst kept secret in Saskatchewan for the last couple of hours.”
The announcement is to be made during a gala at Casino Regina where Wall, Regina Mayor Pat Fiacco, CFL Commissioner Mark Cohon and Saskatchewan Roughriders President and CEO Jim Hopson will be in attendance.
Speculation about the news of a 2013 Grey Cup hosted in Regina includes the Leader-Post’s Murray McCormick.
"It's about time, it's ten years since we've had the Grey Cup here," he said.
"I think it's a pleasant surprise."
The last Grey Cup in Regina was held in 2003. The Saskatchewan Roughriders have never played in the Grey Cup final when Saskatchewan has hosted it.
