Two men appeared in Regina court this morning to face charges relating to a Regina teen's death.
Bobby James Clive Lavallee, 21, and Carlton Jonathon Rope, 25, both face charges of second degree murder of a 16-year-old male. The body was discovered on Saturday in Regina's north central neighbourhood.
The victim's grandmother, Linda Oakes, says she's always known her grandson to be well behaved. He loved basketball and loved his baby sister dearly, even getting her name tattooed on his wrists.
